Course Description:  Our professional staff provides Instructor-led training through the four modules and provides one-on-one support as each student progresses through the GreenSmart program.  Each participant is provided training so they can become job ready.  Our staff learns about each participant's skill sets and individual needs and wants, and then works together with the participant on matching them with an employer for JOB PLACEMENT.

SmartWiring

H&M has developed a 160 hour Occupational Skills training that prepares participants for various Green Wiring Jobs in the Construction Industry.  From retro-fitting to telecommunications, HVAC wiring, and networking, we are providing our participants the hands-on and technical skills needed to be hired.  Using Voice, Video, Security and Data networking, CAT 6, twisted pair, copper, and fiber, we train our participants to satisfy industry standards.  Solar module: We have recently upgraded our wiring module to include a reliable and virtually maintenance-free power supply designed to convert sunlight into electricity at the highest possible efficiency.

 2c. Smart Wiring Training = 160 Hours
The SmartWiring Installation & Integration Trainer is a complete classroom training system designed to give students a complete knowledge and hands-on educational package in a realistic work environment.  It fully prepares students to pass the DHTI+ certification exams and master the skills needed in Home Technology Integration jobs.  Students will be learning how to plan, wire, terminate, install, connect, test, integrate, and troubleshoot the core sub-systems of today’s Digitally Integrated Home Network.
